🔑 Required Skills
- 3+ years hands-on Tableau development
- Tableau Desktop; Tableau Server is a plus
- Tableau performance tuning & optimization
- Dashboard and report development
- Data visualization & dashboard design
- Complex formulas and calculations
- Data modeling
- Translating business requirements into efficient visualizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Unit, integration, performance & regression testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
