A little about me…

Outside of the Greene Center, I love spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and hiking.

My first job was as an ice cream server. Right now, I’m obsessed with my son, Henry, who is 6 months old and an absolute joy to be around! My favorite place in the Rochester area is Jines on Park Ave., which brings back lots of great memories. Something I’d love to learn? How to play the steel guitar.

My favorite career advice: Think about what you would do if you knew you couldn’t fail.

My education: I earned my BS in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and my MSEd in Counselor Education from SUNY Brockport.

My role at the Greene Center: I build and maintain relationships with employers to help connect them with talented URochester students. I work with employer partners to strengthen their campus recruitment efforts, identify new opportunities to engage with students, and build their brands at URochester.

A little about me…

Outside of the Greene Center, I love spending time with my toy poodle, family, and friends, exploring parks and enjoying the sunshine, trying new recipes and restaurants, and attending summer and fall festivals.

I share twintuition with my twin brother. Experiencing life alongside a twin is a special gift! 👯

A few things I’m currently obsessed with are the gelato at Stever’s Candies on Park Avenue (I love the seasonal flavors!), Spotify (It took me way too long to transition from Apple Music and iTunes), and the daily puzzles on LinkedIn. I look forward to a new set every morning, and Wend is my favorite.

My first job was at Wegmans, where I worked in customer service and gave out product samples. Technically, I was a cashier, but I prefer to call it customer service! 😉

My favorite Rochester-area spots change with the seasons. I love watching the sunset at Sandbar Park in the summer, apple picking at Wickham Farms in the fall, visiting the Birdsong Fairy Trail at Mendon Ponds in the winter, and seeing the tulips at Highland Park in the spring.

Something I’d love to learn is gourmet cooking and baking. I’d also like to become more AI-literate. And if I had more free time and much more patience, I’d love to learn how to crochet cute blankets or beanies for babies in the NICU or patients in hospice.

My career advice: Find a job you love to do, and you will never work a day in your life. It’s a cliché, but it’s truly something we should all strive for.

My education: I earned my BA in Psychology and my MS in Higher Education, with a concentration in Student Affairs, from the University of Rochester.

My role at the Greene Center: I’m part of the Employer & Alumni Engagement team, where I help build connections with alumni and employers to create opportunities for students. I also manage the Career Clothing Closet and support events for the Engineering and Emerging Technology Career Communities, helping students connect with professionals, explore career paths, and discover new opportunities.

Outside of the Greene Center, I enjoy learning and trying new things, especially activities that let me work with my hands!

A fun fact about me is that I tend to ignore the advice that you shouldn’t try new recipes on guests. Lately, I love to think about the future of transportation, and my favorite place in the Rochester area is the Lamberton Conservatory.

My favorite career advice: Prepare. Execute. Reflect. Repeat.

My education: I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego and my associate’s degree in Visual Communications and Graphic Production from Monroe Community College. I also completed a certificate in Human Resources Management at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

My role at the Greene Center: I build connections with alumni and volunteers to create more opportunities for students to explore career paths, learn from others’ experiences, and grow their professional networks. I love finding ways to help students tell their story, talk to people, get curious, and try stuff out!

A little about me…

Outside of the Greene Center, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Mr. Bojangles. I like to stay active, whether that means running, biking, swimming, or lifting weights. I’m also obsessed with true crime podcasts and documentaries.

My first job was lifeguarding at the YMCA. My favorite Rochester-area spots include Cheshire for cocktails, Black & Blue for dinner, and Pittsford Dairy for ice cream. On the weekends, you can usually find me snuggling with Mr. Bojangles. Something I’d love to learn is how to play the saxophone!

My career advice: It’s never too late to try something new!

My education: I earned my Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, with a minor in Interdisciplinary Social Research Methods, from SUNY Brockport.
