BASE PAY + COMMISSION
We’re looking for a motivated Loan Partner to join our growing mortgage team. No mortgage experience? No problem — we provide training and mentorship!
Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers with mortgage applications
- Communicate with clients and collect required documentation
- Follow up with leads and incoming live transfers
- Help generate new business and support existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Mortgage or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
