The Women’s Leadership Alliance was founded by four undergraduate women at the University of Rochester who felt that mentoring of women is an important aspect missing from the University of Rochester community. The hope of this organization is to build a sisterhood among graduate and undergraduate women of color on campus and those in the Rochester City School District.
