We’re a small healthcare company building relationships with professional offices. We’re looking for a bilingual liaison to visit offices in person, introduce our services, and keep follow-ups moving. You’ll report to the owner.
Schedule: 22 hrs/week: Mon-Thu 9 AM-2 PM, plus 2 hrs Friday for calls and weekly report.
What you’ll do
- Visit local offices to introduce our services and meet office managers and staff
- Follow up on inbound interest and scheduled appointments
- Set up conversations between offices and our team
- Track every visit and result, and send a short weekly report each Friday
What we’re looking for
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- A degree in marketing or business, or 1+ year in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Friendly and professional, with good follow-through
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable car for local visits
- Nice to have: B2B or healthcare experience
