Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, data-focused performance marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA) is primarily responsible for analyzing and optimizing paid media programs (Google Ads, social media programs, etc.). The DMA will provide key analytical and operational support for Synapse’s flagship clients. Primary responsibilities include:
· Conducting robust data analysis using client and platform data
· Implementing, analyzing, and synthesizing A/B tests to evaluate and optimize messaging and landing pages experiences
· Collaborating with account supervisor to devise account strategies and manage client relationships
· Applying advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided) to enhance insights.
· Identifying new opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements
· Developing and analyzing client reports
Desired Skills and Experience
· Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets and identify key findings and next steps based on those insights
· Strong Excel skills
· Strong communication skills
· Interest in working with a rapidly growing performance marketing firm
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, statistics, economics, math or a similar discipline
