Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Execute company processes and required activities to meet revenue and account growth targets.
Maximize client profitability through effective order interactions and strategic outbound marketing efforts, including targeted calls, personalized emails, and impactful campaign initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team and the sales manager to identify new business opportunities with current clients.
Efficiently and accurately process and manage work orders, ensuring all data is correct for each transaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building quality, long-term relationships.
Manage the full lifecycle of orders, including expedited requests and special requirements, working closely with various internal teams to meet customer needs.
Provide basic technical support and product information to customers, resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including the timely and accurate documentation of information in CRM systems.
Report regularly to management on activities, account status, and progress toward goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office 365, Word, and Excel; experience with CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage expectations and execute tasks in a timely fashion.
Customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of product features, applications, and pricing is a plus.
Performance Benchmarks
Performance is measured by management-defined KPIs, account growth, and outgoing marketing efforts.
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Sales Manager and the company owner.
