Alumni Engagement Opportunities
- Professional Power-Up Series by Headhunter on Tap – a comprehensive career development series with 4 webinars, each followed by a call-in Job Talk session, that takes participants through a job search or transition including forming a plan, creating a resume, searching for a job, and preparing for an interview. It is a month-long program (March 6 – 29) with two opportunities per week, and participants may choose to attend any or all of the sessions that they are interested in. Anyone who attends at least one session is also offered a complimentary 1:1 session with Barbara Grossman and Jay Berger. Check out the website to learn more!
- AS&E Masters Lunch & Learn Career Conversations with Alumni – Scott Reisinger, MS – Tuesday, March 12 from noon-1pm EST, Greene Center Conference Room (4-200 Dewey Hall). Advanced Registration is Required and limited to 15 students (targeting AS&E Masters students), see Handshake or the CCC for full details and to RSVP.

- Graduate Career Consortium Virtual Career Expo – Wednesday, March 6 from noon-4pm EST virtually. Register for the Virtual Career Expo on the website and view all participating employers!
- AS&E Graduate Research Symposium – Wednesday, March 27 from 3-5:30pm EST, Feldman Ballroom. AS&E graduate students (both Master’s and PhD) from a variety of disciplines will be showcasing posters of their research and will be available to discuss their work. Stop by to check out the posters, ask questions, support your fellow students/colleagues, and learn about the amazing diverse research happening here at UR!
