The Meliora Collective Mentorship Program | Register by February 10 on the Meliora Collective

This virtual program brings enthusiastic undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents together in a unique partnership to support both student and alumni mentees in achieving their personal and professional short and long-term goals. To foster enriching connections, we carefully match participants based on their interests and career aspirations, creating pairs that guide and empower mentees through their professional and personal journeys.  While the Program offers helpful resources like guides and worksheets, it prioritizes flexibility, allowing pairs to tailor their experience to their unique preferences over the three-month timeline. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, so our team is available to offer tools and assist pairs when needed.

The program includes 4–5 meetings with your assigned mentee or mentor, resources to help you learn more about being a mentor, resources to help mentees identify short- and long-term goals, and discussion prompts for conversations. Check out more details here, and make sure you register soon!
