You’ll hear from UR Juniors and Seniors about their internship experiences, as well as Greene Center staff with information on Handshake, networking, interview prep, resumes, and more. Free pizza!

11/30 , FedEx – Multiple Internship Opportunities

The FedEx College Connections intern program is a 10-week summer program. The internships are paid, 40 hours per week, and offer real-world work experience. Located across the US, summer interns complete substantial projects alongside FedEx employees. In addition, interns have the opportunity to attend various program events, including networking opportunities, executive speaker series, service projects, and touring major company facilities.

The content intern will be responsible for overseeing two areas including; Content Contributor & Social Media Manager.

Due 12/29, WROC/TV Channel 8 (Nexstar Media Group, Inc.)

The WROC-TV News 8 internship program offers opportunities in the areas of News, Promotion, Digital Media, Sales, Weather and Sports. Our internships offer meaningful educational and work experiences designed to meet the academic and career goals of the intern.

The role includes providing suggestions to the team for improving current and future programs and internal processes, learning and becomes proficient in internal software systems, and managing and updating/developing website and social media posts.

The Rochester Red Wings are seeking a full-time Content Producer to join their team.

Due 1/16, 2024 Peter Roth Internship

The Peter Roth Internship Program, named in honor of the legendary television executive, offers 20 talented undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds, underserved communities, and underrepresented groups in the media and entertainment industry an unrivaled paid apprenticeship experience for those interested in a career developing, writing, and producing scripted content for television.
