Each year, Out for Undergrad (O4U) invites high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduate students to their industry-specific conferences where they learn to navigate the nuances of a diverse corporate climate. O4U’s conferences provide students with resources that can help transform their professional skills, careers, and ultimately lives. Additionally, O4U pays for the flights to and from the conference, hotel stays in NYC, and some meals during the events.
Applications for Out for Undergrad Business Conference are due by Wednesday, November 1st. O4U Business brings together students and corporate representatives from leading firms in financial services, management consulting, and other professional services.
