FutureMap a nonprofit that helps first-gen college grads prepare for the workforce and fulfill their potential. Our mission is to help first-gen and low-income college grads navigate the college-to-career transition. We focus on 3 strategies to move the needle on first-generation post-grad employment outcomes: job readiness series, internship and professional development, and DEI advising.
