Position Summary
The Sales Manager in Training (MIT) is an entry-level developmental role designed for individuals eager to learn all aspects of sales operations and team collaboration while receiving hands-on mentorship and coaching. Through a structured training program, participants will develop key skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, communication, and adaptability. With personalized guidance from experienced leaders, the MIT will gain the tools needed to succeed in future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute the Weed Man sales process, including lead generation, outbound calls, and customer relationship management.
- Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions to develop both technical skills and soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team leaders to gain insight into business operations and sales strategies.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Receive regular feedback and coaching to accelerate learning and personal growth.
- Shadow team leaders to understand different leadership styles and approaches to managing a team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and operations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide fresh ideas on improving processes and sales performance.
