Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join a collaborative healthcare team in Peoria, IL. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to launch their careers as well as experienced RNs seeking professional growth in a supportive clinical environment.

The RN practices at the highest level of licensure to protect, promote, and restore patient health and wellness. This position involves collaboration with providers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination across the continuum.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Assess and support patients’ physical and psychological needs
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Mentor and support assigned team members
Promote best practices and maintain professional conduct at all times
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or Michigan, where applicable)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required prior to start date)

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience: Prior RN experience in a healthcare setting
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications
