We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Marketing Strategy Manager to join our growing team. This role involves direct client interaction to ensure their needs are being met efficiently. Your insights and direct feedback will also help drive new marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Regular communication with clients to garner their feedback and provide updates
– Promptly respond to client inquiries to ensure a steady line of communication
– Update the leadership team on marketing results, client concerns, and other critical feedback.
– Oversee client-related tasks including formulating new marketing strategies
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills
– Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of handling complex client issues.
– Must have the ability to incorporate feedback and continually work to improve
