We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist and CF’s to join our team at On Top Therapy in beautiful Fernandina Beach, FL. As a Pediatric SLP/or CF, you will play a crucial role in helping children with developmental and physical challenges achieve their full potential. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to children of all ages.
• Screen, identify, assess, and develop recommendations in the areas of articulation, phonology, oral motor, semantics, syntax, pragmatics, voice fluency, and augmentative/alternative communication for pupils with communicative disorders.
• Utilize appropriate diagnostic assessment procedures, following professional guidelines, to thoroughly and accurately diagnose communicative disorders using both formal and informal assessment measures
• Research and utilize new information regarding intervention/treatment techniques methods, assessment materials to enhance pupil educational opportunities and outcomes
• Provide and utilize appropriate and effective speech and language assessment procedures and therapy experiences for pupils from a wide range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
• Monitor and supervise speech and language aides, assistants, student teachers, interns, Clinical Fellows as needed
• Promotes and maintains pupil records and documentation and confidentiality
• Establishes and maintains a suitable, inviting, and stimulating learning environment
