Lunachick Boutique is looking for a friendly, energetic, and fashion-loving Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team. If you enjoy styling customers, leading by example, and building relationships within the community, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Assist with daily store operations and support the Store Manager.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Help with merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and represent Lunachick within the local community.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and helping customers feel their best.
- Desire to be involved in and connect with the local community.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Retail experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
- Must be available to work weekends.
