Clinical Application Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this customer focused position will be technically adept, a strong problem solver, and able to communicate clearly and effectively
The candidate will be responsible for supporting our ophthalmic medical devices. Must be able to present oneself in a professional matter for periodic travel to customer sites both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to provide global onsite and/or remote training using web-based applications, telephone, and all other communication tools, for our new objectiveField Analyzer, the first objective pupillometry-based perimeter.
- Other responsibilities will include providing customer support for other Konan products globally.
- Provide ongoing product education to existing and potential customers, distributors, staff and other stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years of clinical experience with ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, particularly operation of and interpretation of results from perimeters, and strong working knowledge of the eye and vision is a requirement. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
One of the following certifications is preferred (e.g.: COT, OD, CCOA, COA, COMT, CPOT, RN).
The ideal candidate will have a great personality and excellent communication skills, and be organized and motivated.
Excellent English is required; fluency in other language(s) is a plus.
Strong technology background preferred
