International Architects Atelier (IAA) is a leading design firm renowned for its community-centric projects that have shaped and celebrated the identity of Kansas City and our regional community. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, generating leads, and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Create and manage the production of high-quality proposals and qualification packages.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Brand Management: Manage and maintain our website and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Marketing Assets: Create and manage a collection of marketing assets, such as narratives, graphics, photos, templates, and proposal materials.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Public Relations: Support the firm’s public relations efforts, including media outreach and awards submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or a design-related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for design and a keen eye for detail
