Humanity & Wellness Expansion is a national leadership, wellness, and innovation consultancy supporting organizations through culturally expansive training, burnout prevention programming, responsible AI education, and mental health–adjacent professional development.

We partner with corporations, universities, and healthcare organizations across the U.S., helping teams grow through ethical innovation and human-centered leadership.

We are now expanding our outreach team and hiring a Regional Sales Specialist based in the Atlanta area.

Position Overview

This is a flexible, remote, performance-based role ideal for someone interested in:

  • Corporate and university outreach
  • Leadership and communication
  • Mental health, wellness, and helping professions
  • Education and professional development
  • Innovation and the future of workplace culture

You will conduct outreach within your assigned states, schedule introductory calls, and connect organizations to HWE’s workshops, keynotes, intensives, and AI-related educational services.

This role is a side-role with strong long-term income potential, not a high-pressure sales position.

Assigned States (Atlanta Region)

You will conduct outreach in:

  • Georgia
  • North Carolina
  • Florida
  • Tennessee

You will conduct outreach within your assigned states, schedule introductory calls, and connect organizations to HWE’s workshops, keynotes, intensives, and AI-related educational services.

This role is a side-role with strong long-term income potential, not a high-pressure sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential partner organizations
  • Conduct email, LinkedIn, and light phone outreach
  • Schedule intro meetings for the Director or Partnerships Team
  • Use provided scripts, outreach sequences, and templates
  • Log outreach activity and maintain simple CRM tracking
  • Attend brief weekly or bi-weekly team check-ins
  • Represent HWE with professionalism, clarity, and ethics
  • Promote HWE workshops, trainings, keynotes, and AI education services

No quotas. No aggressive sales tactics.

Just relationship-building and consistent outreach.

Compensation

This is a performance-based contract role, not hourly employment.

Compensation includes:

Commission & Earnings

  • Commission for each successful organizational partnership
  • Additional commission for certain programs and intensives
  • Tiered incentives for introduction-based opportunities
  • Higher commission incentives for AI-related partnerships

Bonuses

  • Monthly performance bonuses for reaching outreach goals
  • Annual bonuses for securing flagship program partnerships
  • Annual bonus for the representative who secures the most AI contracts

Estimated Earnings Range

Typical side-role income for consistent outreach:

$20,000–$40,000 annually

Higher earners may exceed this.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+
  • Completion of at least some college coursework
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Comfortable with email and limited phone outreach
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Interest in wellness, leadership, or AI innovation
  • Reliable internet connection
