Position Summary
The Registered Client Service Associate 2 is a licensed financial services professional who plays a vital role in delivering high-quality client service, managing account operations, and supporting financial planning processes. This role involves executing trades, assisting in client onboarding, and ensuring seamless day-to-day account management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, addressing complex inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain and update CRM (Redtail) to ensure accurate client records.
- Assist in the onboarding process by reviewing documents, obtaining required signatures, and ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and process documentation for account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, and other client account activities.
- Execute buy/sell trades under advisor supervision in accordance with compliance regulations.
- Monitor client accounts, track key milestones, and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings by compiling financial reports and account summaries.
- Research and analyze client financial data, providing preliminary insights for advisor review.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client meeting action items.
- Provide guidance on online account access and financial software platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, custodians, and financial advisors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support advisors and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Series 7 license required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial services software, including Redtail CRM, Albridge, and Morningstar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess client portfolios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with financial advisors and clients.
- Must successfully pass criminal and credit background checks.
