Property & Grounds Assistant

Focus Property Management is looking for gritty, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Property & Grounds Assistants. About the Role:

Title: Property & Grounds Assistant
Reports to: Communities Leader
Location: Oshkosh & Fond Du Lac
Pay: Starting at $18+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Do (and Rock at!):

Be the hands-on hero: Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of your assigned properties—inside and out.

Stay sharp: Conduct weekly walk-throughs and spot what needs attention before it becomes an issue.

Fix it yourself: You’ll be painting, repairing, cleaning, and tackling small maintenance tasks.

Weather warrior: Snow, sun, rain—you’re out there making things better no matter the forecast.

Connect with residents: Build friendly relationships and respond to their concerns with care.

Software Knowledge: Used to manage time and connect with residents

Level things up: Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make your properties shine.

Solve problems fast: When unexpected issues come up, think critically and find efficient, lasting solutions.

Mind the details: Notice the small things—because they make a big difference in how the property feels.

Who You Are:

Independent and gritty: You don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to do great work.

Hands-on and proud: You love physical work, being outdoors, and seeing results.

Tool-savvy (or eager to learn): Comfortable using hand and power tools—or ready to be trained.

Communicator: You love talking to people and find real value in helping issues get resolved.

Organized go-getter: You manage your time like a pro and don’t drop the ball.

Reliable and ready: You’ve got a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and you’re over 18.
