What You’ll Do:
- Proactively Source and Recruit: Identify top-tier legal professionals, including paralegals, legal assistants, administrative staff, and other support staff for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
- Evaluate and Match Talent: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and align candidates with client needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and client firms to fully understand their goals, culture, and staffing requirements.
- Deliver Results: Collaborate with our team to exceed client expectations by ensuring high-quality service and successful placements.
- Manage the Recruitment Cycle: Take ownership of the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates, facilitating interviews and extending offers.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with legal industry trends and hiring practices to offer strategic staffing solutions.
- Expand Our Presence: Represent Emerald Search Partners at industry events and networking opportunities to grow our reach in the legal community.
- Uphold Ethical Standards: Conduct all recruitment activities with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Ensure fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with industry best practices while fostering trust with candidates and clients alike.

What We Offer:
- Compensation: Base salary offered plus additional compensation in the form of bonuses. The first year’s annual compensation for this role ranges from $55,000.00 to $95,000.00, based on performance and personal production.
