Serves as an athletic trainer and provides injury prevention, injury evaluation, first aid, and emergency care for home athletic training sessions and events to all athletes, CSM or visiting.
Creates and maintains policies regarding the well-being of student-athlete’s overall health, including mental health, concussion, and weather-related issues including heat and lightning.
Works with the Athletic and Fitness Director to assess potential safety hazards during training sessions or athletic contests.
Minimum Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field required
Certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Board of Certification
State Athletic Training Licensure
CPR/AED Certification
