Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Java Developer on OPT/CPT to join our bench pool for upcoming projects. As a Java Developer, you will work on a variety of client-facing projects, assist in the design and development of Java applications, and contribute to the growth of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Java development and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience or academic projects in Java development.
- Knowledge of core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be on OPT/CPT status.
- Willingness to work remotely or at client locations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
