I started the firm in 2010 and it continues to grow year after year. We’re looking for an accountant to join our team who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. With a big firm mentality but in a small boutique office, we work as a team to provide the best possible personalized service. As the managing partner, I work closely with the associates in a laid-back, easy-going environment.
The typical services we provide include tax return preparation (1040, 1120S and 1065), QuickBooks write-up, year-end closings, and payroll and sales tax preparation. We don’t provide audit or review services and do not work with public or non-profit companies. The firm is nicely balanced between business and individual tax clients.
Overtime isn’t required but some extra hours might be asked upon as the tax deadlines approach. Benefits include health insurance, 401k and PTO.
Knowledge of preparing tax returns, payroll processing and QuickBooks is preferred. Candidate should have some public accounting experience. UltraTax and Caseware experience is a huge plus!
We work in a paperless environment so the candidate must be comfortable working on and around the computer.
Ideally, the candidate should live within 10-15 miles of central Boca Raton.
