This workshop equips participants with practical tools and strategies to communicate clearly, respectfully, confidently and empathetically during conflict and difficult conversations. Participants will learn how to address sensitive topics, provide and receive feedback and resolve disagreements in a way that strengthens relationships and focuses on constructive resolutions. Through open discussions and real-world scenarios participants will develop the ability to approach challenging conversations constructively and balance assertiveness with empathy. The workshop emphasizes respectful dialogue, active listening and problem-solving techniques that promote collaboration and accountability.
