Participants will learn how to address sensitive topics, provide and receive feedback and resolve disagreements in a way that strengthens relationships and focuses on constructive resolutions. Through open discussions and real-world scenarios participants will develop the ability to approach challenging conversations constructively and balance assertiveness with empathy. The workshop emphasizes respectful dialogue, active listening and problem-solving techniques that promote collaboration and accountability.
