Photonics Test Engineer @ Openlight Photonics | Application due by April 5th 2026
As a member of OpenLight’s test engineering team, the candidate will work closely with a team of experienced engineers in designing, implementing, and executing test solutions to validate the functionality of Silicon Photonics devices and Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC) at the wafer level, die level, and package level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical and electrical device testing with experience in test automation in python. The position is onsite at our Goleta CA location.

The Manufacturing Exchange: Rochester, an open house hosted by Fathom Digital Manufacturing on Wednesday, March 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at ARTISANworks, 565 Blossom Road, Suite L, Rochester, NY 14610.
This event brings together engineers, manufacturers, and industry peers from across the region for an evening of conversation and connection. Hosted inside the ARTISANworks gallery space, the experience will showcase precision components from Fathom’s Newcut and Incodema teams, displayed gallery-style, offering a close look at the craftsmanship behind complex manufacturing.
The evening will also feature a live recording of the Manufacturing Happy Hour podcast with host Chris Luecke, exploring where automation ends, and human judgment continues to shape modern manufacturing.
