Hello, Creative Community!

The Greene Center is excited to announce the launch of our URochester Internship Program that includes four elite programs for summer 2026. These programs offer financial support for returning undergraduate students who are interning in the Rochester area. These programs offer financial support for returning undergraduate students who are interning in the Rochester area. These experiences are designed to provide you with valuable, hands-on experience in different industries and diverse roles. Students must apply individually to specific internship roles in Handshake, not the program itself. For more information, check out the URochester Internship Program website.

What you get:

  • $3,000 – $10,000 stipend depending on the program
  • Two summer excursions
  • End-of-summer celebration
  • Internship credit (with transcript notation)
  • A dedicated career advisor

Applications for the Bond Scholar, Hire Rochester Scholar, and Ostrow/Newkirk Scholar programs are now open through Handshake. Deadlines vary based on the internship role. Apply now!

If you’re interested in policy, law, foreign affairs, or government, consider joining the Pre-Law Society (PLS) and the Greene Center for a fast-paced internship + resume workshop designed to help you stand out!

Washington Media Scholars Foundation Info Session & Case Competition Webinar | Wednesday, November 19 | 3:30-5pm

Join URochester student Earl Bumagat and representatives from the Washington Media Scholars Foundation (WMSF) to learn about WMSF, their mission of help undergraduate students gain experience and network with executives across the media industry.
