The New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is launching its Excelerator Fellowship for Spring 2025 graduates. This highly selective, in-person public service program runs from June 2, 2025, to October 2, 2025, and offers a unique chance to work directly within the heart of city government in one of the world’s most vibrant urban centers.
What is the Excelerator Fellowship?
The Excelerator Fellowship is a competitive program designed for high-achieving graduating students who are eager to kick-start their careers in public service, economic development, or urban policy. As a fellow, you will work in-person at the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), contributing to projects that directly impact small businesses and economic development across New York City.
Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience, learn from top public service professionals, and have the opportunity to contribute to real-world solutions in an exciting urban environment.
How to Apply
Applications for the Excelerator Fellowship close on Sunday, April 13th, 2025, at midnight, so don’t delay!
