Summer Registration: CPT
Even though it’s cold outside, it’s not too early to think about summer internships and get prepared to submit your CPT request. If you’re just starting your search, please meet with an advisor to come up with a strategy.
If you’ve secured an internship for the summer and are ready to apply for CPT, Summer registration opens on Feb. 17th. As of that date, we can start processing CPT applications and your registration for CASC 394i for the summer (the academic component to CPT). For more information, please visit our website:

Upcoming Events: International Student Search Series and Networking Night
There’s a few different events being put on for international students this month, which include our International Student Search series we did last fall, and a new International Student Networking night! International Student Networking Night | Thursday, February 27th 2025 | 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm | Humanities Center Conference Room D
The evening will feature international alumni who have studied and worked in the U.S. sharing their experiences navigating the workplace across various industries and career paths. Alumni will join us virtually, while students gather on campus for interactive and meaningful conversations. The event will include:
- Alumni-led discussions about their professional journeys.
- A Q&A session to address students’ questions.
- Dedicated networking time for students to engage with alumni and peers.
The alumni are from areas in engineering, business, and law!
