Sign Up to attend an Employer Road Trip to the Bonadio Group – Deadline Feb. 3rd

The Bonadio Group (TBG) is a nationally ranked Top 50 CPA firm offering accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients of all sizes and industries. You will have an opportunity to tour their Rochester headquarters, hear from Bonadio leaders, Rochester alumni, and enjoy refreshments. This trip is targeted towards undergraduate and graduate students from majors including: business, finance, sales, accounting, economics, consulting, marketing, sales and more.

Dinner, stories, and new alumni connections! Join the Greene Center for a lively evening with Dr. Jonathan Shipley to learn more about developing your professional communication and networking skills. This program is an opportunity to talk with other students and local alumni who are joining us to share their stories from the workplace – successes, missteps, and how they responded to them.

Summer 2025 Internships for UR Students

The Greene Center is excited to invite you to apply for two prestigious internship programs for Summer 2025: Schwartz Community-Based Internships and Bond Family Scholars Internships. Both programs offer internship opportunities for UR undergraduate students in the Rochester, NY region.  

Schwartz Community-Based Internships 

This program connects students to internships with non-profit organizations such as the YMCA, Susan B. Anthony House, American Red Cross, United Way, The Strong National Museum of Play, and more working in diverse roles. Benefits of participation include:

  • $5,000 stipend
  • Two summer excursions 
  • End-of-summer celebration with the Schwartz Family 
  • Internship credit (with transcript notation) 
  • A dedicated career advisor 

 Applications are now open through Handshake. The deadline to apply is February 23, 2025. 

Bond Family Scholars Internships 

This program connects students with diverse, paid internship experiences at for-profit organizations like Paychex, Avangrid, First American Equipment Finance (FAEF), CPL, Corning Incorporated, and more. Benefits of participation include:

  • $3,000 stipend (in addition to a paid internship) 
  • Two summer excursions 
  • End-of-summer celebration with the Bond Family 
  • A dedicated career advisor
