Hello Social Good Community, I hope that this holiday week has been treating you well!
This week, I’d like to highlight this article that is short, sweet, and speaks to the importance of continuing to engage in conversation with those who can tell you about the wild and beautiful world of careers just waiting to be discovered. I continue to meet with everyone who’s come through the Greene Center offices (I see you!), especially those with a strong and dedicated commitment to impacting the broader world in which we find ourselves face-to-face with every day. It makes me continue to think about and consider just how many people are out there in the community doing the work and engaged in practices that truly create long-lasting change in the face of fear and polarization. So, how do we get to know who’s out there already? How do you gain access to a particular conversation that, with attuned listening and genuine curiosity, enables you to share your talents with the world around you? The Muse has some ideas for you, and so do I.
