Hello everyone,
As we approach the tail end of the semester, we wanted to highlight two upcoming events that are meant to be therapeutic and assist you with your emotional wellness.
Paws for Stress Relief
This monthly program occurs on select Mondays from 6–7:15 p.m. on River Campus and allows you to visit with therapy dogs who want to spend time with you. This is your chance to get some love from furry friends, and you may also have the chance to win some stress-relief giveaways!
Tea Time
On Monday’s from 11am-1pm, take a moment out of your busy schedule to join the Paul J. Burgett Intercultural Center for Tea Time. This is an opportunity to take a break from your standard Monday midday activities and be among the presence of community members while enjoying some tasty tea!
Please utilize the resources above and more through the following link: Mental Well-Being | University of Rochester. Let’s all play our part in supporting one another so that we end the semester on a positive note!
Enjoy the rest of your week and the upcoming holiday break!
