Application Now Open | Clinical Team Associate
The URMC Otolaryngology Department has a unique position open that may be a great stepping stone for future medical or nursing students. As a Clinical Team Associate, you will work directly with the patient to gather their history, present your findings to the physician, accompany the physician during the exam, and prepare the room for the next patient. This is a great opportunity for short-term employment that can easily fill a gap year before entering medical school while making you a competitive applicant. Application Due November 3rd | Clinical Laboratory Internship
ACM Global Laboratories offers internships for college/university level students interested in pursuing a career in Laboratory, Biotechnology, or Clinical Trials. This comprehensive program provides students with exposure and experiences covering a multitude of areas of the clinical laboratory from R&D, to laboratory assistances and clinical laboratory science. Rotations are over a period of 1 or 2 semesters, trimesters or quarters, dependent on college or university, are offered in various departments, but check out this internship in their Clinical Trials Laboratory. Various Dates and Times | Summer 2024 Internships at Ascension
The Resource Group, an Ascension entity, has summer internship positions available for various non-clinical roles! This is great for students who are interested in the business side of healthcare. This internship allows students to be a part of a large system, allowing for expanded access to different experiences. Check out their exciting 12-week internship opportunities, with areas of focus including: analytics, process improvement, and change management. In addition, interns complete one primary individual project and one collaborative project with a group of other interns.
Applications Open January 2024 – Due February 1st | School Psychology Graduate Fellowship Program
Working in partnership with Syracuse City School District, the School Psychology Fellowship Program will provide robust financial support to graduate students throughout the 63 credit hour School Psychology MS/CAS program, including:
- a full tuition scholarship,
- a graduate assistantship with a $ 35,000-a-year stipend,
- dedicated placements in the Syracuse City School District,
- supervisory and mentorship opportunities, and
- support to engage with the professional community as a graduate student.
Participating students will have a fully-funded internship in the Syracuse City School District with the opportunity for immediate employment in the district following graduation. To be eligible for this award, prospective candidates must be accepted and matriculate to the School Psychology MS/CAS program full-time and contribute to the diversity of the field of school psychology. Men and students of color are encouraged to apply.
Now Recruiting for June/July 2024 Start Date – Due March 22nd | CHeT Outcomes Research Coordinator
In this position, you will plan, coordinate and conduct/implement all research activities associated with the development of patient and caregiver reported outcome measures, longitudinal studies and instrument translations/cultural validations. These responsibilities include interaction with study sponsors, recruitment partners, and patients. You will also interpret research data at the completion of each phase of instrument development and at completion of study milestones, and create written summaries with tables and figures for distribution to study sponsors and for presentation at various industry events.
